This spa is absolutely amazing I got micro-blading done by Lauren, and she is amazing I could not highly recommend her anymore than I do, I am so happy with how my eyebrows turned and how natural and professional they look. I was skeptical at first as your brows are the one thing that can make or break your overall look, and after this experience I would not ever hesitate to recommend microblading at all. The colour is amazing and everyone has commented on it as well and how unique the colour came out and matches my hair exactly. The healing process has been amazing so far as well. Monaco is a great spa, Jen is also really amazing when I explained my face needs and wants and gave me a few tips on what I could get done. This spa is extremely friendly and answers any questions needed, and they are not pushy at all when it comes to things, only the things your body and face needs!
The staff at Monaco are so friendly and professional. I have requested information a few times and Owen has taken the time to answer my questions, he's been very informative and patient throughout my million questions. I have had my eyebrows done by Lauren at the Ancaster location. She is beyond amazing!!! Lauren's work is literally pieces of art. She takes her time to ensure her work makes her customers happy. Shes extremely patient and considerate towards her clients. I really cannot say enough good things about her. If you need a facial or any work on your lashes or brows lauren is your girl!!

Jen is absolutely amazing at what she does and I was really comfortable and felt very welcomed there. I went back a few months after and got my eyebrows done by Lauren. She changed my life!! Lol I had absolutely no brows before and now I can wake up with them there on my face! Lol They also look super natural. I would definitely recommend going there! You’re in good hands!
