Customer Policy for Appointments
Booking your Appointment
Upon booking your appointment or consultation, you will be required to secure your appointment with a $50 non-refundable deposit via Visa, Mastercard or Electronic Transfer that can be used towards your treatment same day. For microblading/eyebrow embroidery or permanent makeup appointments, you will be required to secure your appointment with $100 non-refundable deposit for your appointment that can be used towards your treatment same day. For booking your appointment, we ask that you call us to book at 905 923 4011 Ancaster or 905 407 0474 Burlington. We do not book appointments over email or social media methods (Instagram, Facebook).
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you – and ONLY you. We never double book and we are always prepared for your arrival. In return, we ask that you fulfill your commitment to us as we are committed to you.
We understand that missing your appointment is detrimental not only to you, but to the clinic staff and to other clients who could have had your appointment. We go above and beyond to accommodate our clients’ schedules and hope that you can return the respect as well.
That being said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have failed to notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay a $50 deposit for your next appointment. You will need to book same day for future appointments. If you are late more than 15 minutes, your time will unfortunately be limited to the amount of time we had originally reserved for you. We understand that circumstances arise that cause delays and postponements but please let us know well in advance of any schedule changes.
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment via phone. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
